Entry Requirements

Students require the following underpinning skills and knowledge: an ability to prepare financial statements for a reporting entity; ability to implement and maintain an accounting system; ability to maintain an internal control system; ability to prepare tax returns; ability to prepare simple management reports. The accounting streams of Financial Services Certificate III, Certificate IV and the Diploma of Accounting provide the underpinning skills and knowledge for this qualification.

There are pre-requisite units for some competencies.
