1. Make sure you have carefully read, and fully understand the Pre-enrolment Information before you lodge your application. You can check out Layas Institute policies through the links provided.
2. Apply for a Student Visa - check your home country's assessment level for student visa requirements. Download Assessment Level Guide from the Australian Governments immigration website www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1219i.pdf. To apply for a visa refer to www.immi.gov.au
3. Complete the Application Form and attach certified copies academic transcripts and evidence of your English proficiency. Forward you complete Application documents to:

4. The Admissions Officer will assess your application and, if you meet the entry requirements, a Letter of Offer will be forwarded to you with an Acceptance Agreement. The Letter of Offer will provide details of the course and all fees to be paid.
5. To accept the offer and confirm your enrolment you need to return the signed Acceptance Agreement form together with the specified payment. (note: the Acceptance Agreement is attached to the Letter of Offer).
6. Once your payment has been received Layas Institute will send you a copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) along with a receipt for fees paid.
7. International students applying from either inside or outside Australia need to have a valid student visa before commencing their studies. In case of visa cancellation or rejection refer to the Refunds section in Terms and Conditions attached to the Letter of Offer.
